Barista Class at the Coffee Gang

The Australian barista class has started.
I applied for the barista class at an academy called “The Coffee Gang” in Sydney City.

Today was the first day of class, so we had a brief session getting to know about coffee.

I still didn’t know what all these machines and equipment were for,
but I felt like I could become familiar with them quickly.

There were many Korean and Japanese people attending.
Coffee-related stories were written on the walls in Korean and Japanese.
We started the first class by reading about the origin of coffee.

Making coffee wasn’t difficult.
However, it seemed that creativity and dedication were needed to be a barista.

In five days, I felt like I would become a barista myself.
